WARREN, Pa. – After scoring just two points in the first quarter, Warren’s offense came to life in a 42-34 Region 6 win over McDowell.

Emma Ruhman scored 15 of her game-high 22 points in the second half, while Riley Childress scored 10 of her 12 in the second half for the Dragons, who led by as many as 11 points in the second half.
Ruhlman added seven rebounds and four assists, while Childress tallied five assists in the Region 6 opener for both teams.
Coach Lisa LaVan praised the strong defensive effort of Teagan Paris, Kelsey Stuart, Gracie Ruhlman and Carly Beers, as well.

McDowell led 17-13 at halftime behind the strong play of Emina Selimovic, who scored eight of her 13 points in the first half.

DUBOIS CENTRAL CATHOLIC 45, EISENHOWER 30
DUBOIS, Pa. – Faith Jacob scored 14 points as DuBois Central Catholic upended visiting Eisenhower.
DCC outscored the Lady Knights 17-2 in the second quarter to assume control of the game.
Jesse Frank and Sophia Ginther added eight points each for DCC.
Bella Marino had 14 points to pace Eisenhower, while Delaney Chase had nine points, and seven rebounds. Marino had four rebounds, three steals, two assists and a pair of blocks as well.
SENECA 59, YOUNGSVILLE 15
WATTSBURG, Pa. – Taylor Klick scored 14 points to lead three Seneca players in double figures in a 59-15 win over Youngsville.
Mayidson Kent had 13 points and Lauren Scheider 10 for the winners, who led 32-9 at halftime.
Kenzie Olewine had six points and Kamryn Weissinger five for Youngsville.
