Andy CloseRichard (Rick) Lee Loomis, 65, of Warren, PA passed away January 13, 2021.
He served in the Marine Corps from 1971 – 1976. Surviving is his wife, Lisamarie Loomis of New Jersey; a son, Andy Loomis (Carol), a daughter, Kelly Vega, a brother, Chester Loomis (Rhonda) all of Warren; a sister, Louanne Miller of Auburn, IL; 5 grandkids and 2 great-grandkids; 4 step kids, Dillon (Kathey) Hahn, Danny (Brittney) Hahn, Heather Hahn and Colleen Hahn and 5 step grandkids.
Rick was preceded in death by a daughter, Stacey Anne Loomis; a brother, Todd Loomis; and his grandparents.
He was a retired auto mechanic (owner of Rick’s Garage) and he loved racing at Stateline Speedway where he raced in several classes over the years. He was a lifetime member of the Sugar Grove AM Vets Post 50. He marched in the 4th of July parade and was a member of the color guard for several years. He was also a member of the American Legion Post 658 of Youngsville, PA
