WARREN, Pa. – The 74th annual Warren 4th of July Parade, Salute to Our Heroes, was a huge success on Monday, with over 150 units taking part.
The parade, which lasted about three hours, was lined with people from beginning to end along Pennsylvania Ave.
Cindy Johnson was also the grand prize ticket winner, with a prize of $5,000.
There were five divisions, with the winners listed below.
