FAIRVIEW, Pa. – Warren battled Region 5 leader Fairview for four quarters but came out on the short end of a 49-37 decision.
The Dragons came into the game in a second-place tie in the region with Harbor Creek.
Logan Frazao had a big game for Fairview, pouring in 21 points.
The game was tied 20-20 at halftime, but Fairview outscored Warren 29-17 in the second half.
Fairview also held a 28-6 edge in free-throw attempts.
Brady Berdine, Braylon Barnes and Parks Ordiway scored eight points each for the Dragons, while Tommy Nyquist added six. Berdine scored all eight of his points in the second half.
Tyler Shultz added nine points for Fairview.
