Eisenhower Keeps Rolling With Senior Night Win Over Rival Youngsville

RUSSELL, Pa. – On a night they honored seniors Curt Darling, Takhari Warren, and Jake Venman, Eisenhower won for the seventh time in the last eight games with a 61-49 triumph in the Backyard Brawl over Youngsville.

The Knights broke open a tight game in the first half by going on a 14-0 run, led by Wyatt Lookenhouse, who poured in a game-high 21 points, including a pair of threes during the run.

Darling also had 16 points for the Knights (10-70, while Kael Hunt netted eight and Venman seven.

The Knights maintained possession of second place in Region 2 with the win.

Darling was named Icyy Ink Player of the Game and talked about the win afterward:

Youngsville battled to the very end, led by Koby Hendrickson, who scored 11 of his 15 points in the fourth quarter. Keegan Messel had nine points for the Eagles, while Blake Myers and Alex Hill added eight each.
