Want to Know What’s Happening In Warren County? Head to WCVB’s Event Fair

April 6, 2023

WARREN, Pa. – The Warren County Visitors Bureau will be holding an event later this month in an effort to help residents and visitors learn about all the events happening in Warren County this year.

From April 17 – 21, the WCVB will hold an Event Fair at its office in Starbrick. During normal office hours, 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., that week, pamphlets, brochures, and promotional materials for various events around the county will be on display.

“We’re going to have an open house,” WCVB Executive Director Casey Ferry said. “People can come in and pick up information on the year’s events, enter some drawings for prizes, and things like that.”

The event fair will also serve as a way to introduce people to the WCVB as well.

“People don’t know what we do here, so we’re making an effort to bring people in,” Ferry said.

Event organizers still have time to get materials to the WCVB for the Event Fair. Promotional materials need to be at the WCVB office by the close of business on Tuesday, April 11. Organizers who wish to participate should contact the WCVB at 814-726-1222.

“If there’s an event coming up, and you want to promote it, bring in some pamphlets,” Ferry said. “We’ll have a table set up and people will come through looking for things to do this year. That’s the goal, is to get people to say, ‘Wow, look at all these events. Yeah, I want to go to this, this, and this and mark my calendar.'”
