WARREN, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a man who has not been seen since leaving a Sheffield residence the morning of Jan. 22.
UPDATE, 11:40 a.m. Jan. 26: Bair has been located safely
According to PSP-Warren, Carl William Bair, 57, left a Tan Street residence at approximately 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 22, and has not been seen since.
Bair is described as a white male standing 5 feet, 3 inches tall, and weighing approximately 140 pounds. He has shoulder-length grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with black sneakers and possibly black or blue jeans.
Bair left the residence on foot and is not known to have access to a vehicle. He did not take his cell phone with him, according to police.
Anyone with information on Bair’s whereabouts, or who has seen him since Saturday morning, is asked to contact PSP-Warren at 814-728-3600.
