WARREN, Pa. – A Sheffield man who had not been seen since Saturday morning has been located safely, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Carl William Bair, 57, was located at approximately 11:10 a.m. Wednesday, police said, hours after PSP-Warren issued a release that they were looking for information on his whereabouts.
Bair had last been seen leaving a residence on Tan Street in Sheffield at 11 a.m. Saturday.
