SHARON, Pa. – The Eisenhower and Warren boys’ basketball teams knew who they would face in the District 10 semifinals, and now they know where and when those games will take place.
The Knights, coming off a 71-65 quarterfinal win over Saegertown, will take on top-seeded Mercer at 6 p.m. on Tuesday at Meadville High School. The other 2A semifinal between Cambridge Springs and Erie First Christian will follow.
The Dragons will get a bit of extra rest after a grueling triple overtime win over Slippery Rock in the quarterfinals. They will play in the Class 4A nightcap against Hickory on Tuesday at PennWest Edinboro. Tipoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. but will follow the Grove City/Harbor Creek game (6:30 p.m. tipoff).
The Warren girls, 45-21 quarterfinal winners over Grove City, will play Harbor Creek in the 4A semifinals on Wednesday at the Hagerty Family Events Center. The game is scheduled for a 7:30 p.m. tip but will follow the Cathedral Prep/DuBois 5A subregional.
