WARREN, Pa. – The Warren Police Department, along with the Warren Lions Club and Warren Cycle Shop will be hosting a bike rodeo on Saturday, Sept. 9.
The event, which is for kids ages 5-12, will be on Liberty St. between Second and Third Ave. on Saturday, Sept. 9 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., with registration beginning at 10:30 a.m.
The rodeo will include a safety check and several stations that will teach the children valuable skills and promote safe riding.
Participants will be divided into two ages groups (5-8 and 8-12) and will have the chance to win a new bike for the top performer in each group. Helmets will be provided to those that do not have one.
