YOUNGSVILLE, Pa. – Warren’s Alex Zeigler finished a strong week of play at Valley Bowling Center by earning the top handicap series on this week’s boys Varsity Team.
Zeigler bowled a career-high game during Warren Area High School League play and finished the week with a 749 handicap series.
Youngsville’s Maygan Stoddard narrowly missed finishing the week with a 700 handicap series of her own. Her 696 paced the girls Varsity Team.
This season, Valley Bowling Center has introduced the concept of weekly “varsity teams” based on series handicap. High school bowlers in the Saturday Strikers, Youngsville Middle/High School and Warren High School Leagues are eligible for the varsity teams.
