Youngsville, Eisenhower Split in Track and Field

RUSSELL, Pa. – Eisenhower and Youngsville split in track and field on Thursday, with the Eisenhower girls winning by a single point, 74-73, while the Youngsville boys earned a 96-50 win.

Mackenzie Dunn won the shot put and discus and took second in the javelin to help lead the Eisenhower girls to the win.

Eisenhower also won two of the three relays.

Youngsville’s Cassidy Britton and Riley Robinault also had big meets as well. Britton swept the 800, 1600, and 3200, while Robinault took first in the high jump, long jump, and 100.

On the boys’ side, it was Blake Myers, Michael Bojaczko, and Ethan Senz leading the way.

Myers swept the long jump, high jump, and triple jump, while Bojaczko swept the 800, 1600, and 3200.

Senz, meanwhile, won the 100 and 200 and was also on the winning 4×100 relay team.
