WARREN, Pa. – The preliminary hearing for the Warren man accused in the death of his grandmother on June 15 has been rescheduled to August.
Juston Keith Moore, 18, of Warren is charged with one count of criminal homicide.
The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Aug. 3 before District Judge Todd Woodin. Moore is being represented by Warren County Public Defender Kord Kinney, online court records show.
Moore was arrested on June 16 and formally charged in the death of Kelly D. Wadsworth, 60 of Warren. He was arraigned before District Judge Raymond Zydonik and jailed without bail, as criminal homicide is considered a capital charge, as the online court docket indicated.
Wadsworth was reported missing to Warren Police on Monday, June 14 after friends and family had not heard from her since Thursday, June 9.
Police were called to Wadsworth’s Fourth Ave. residence at 2:41 p.m. on June 15 and called the scene a “suspicious incident” during the initial investigation.
“The investigation resulted in the discovery of a deceased adult female,” Warren Police Cheif Joe Sproveri said.
