TIDIOUTE, Pa. – Tidioute got into the holiday spirit on Friday evening during its fourth annual Hometown Holiday event on Main Street.

Watch the parade:

The event kicked off with a parade down Main Street from the Tidioute VFD to Buckingham Street. For the first time in the event’s history, a judge’s panel judged each entrant and three winners were awarded $100 each. The 2023 Christmas Light Up Parade winners were: Best Group – Amanda Shields and family/friends; Best Christmas – Lita Sahli and family; Best smaller vehicle – Bob Reed; Best larger vehicle – Clyde Fry and family.

This year’s panel included Warren County Visitors Bureau Executive Director Casey Ferry, Warren County Commissioner-elect Dan Glotz, and former Tidioute Community Charter staff member Denise Pennington.

Refreshments, activities, and vendors were available in the old True Value building after the parade.
