SHEFFIELD, Pa. – Three shooters scored 24 each to help lift Sheffield to a 157-150 win over Warren in the first week of the 2023 high school trap season.
Konnor Eck, Andrew Hoden, and Jared Spencer each shot 24 to lead the Wolverines. Kirk Zofcin hit 23, while Colby Barr and Liam Smaroff shot 21, and Jayden Garris fired a 20.
KC Johnson led the Dragons with a 23. Jacob Franklin and Seth Lester shot 22s, with Ryan Fitzsimmons, Mitchell Rehe, and Jaxon Sobina all scoring 21, and Brodie McElhatten shot a 20.

CORRY, Pa. – All six Corry shooters scored 23 or better, with three shooting perfect 25s, to lead the Beavers to a 170-159 win over Tidioute.
Jon Griffis, Tate Tasker, and Cole Nickerson each shot 25s for Corry. Blake Mitchell, Bryce Chelton, and Levi Merrill all had 24s, and Kael Albers shot 23.
Landon Anderson and Maddox Gibson each shot a 24 to lead the Bulldogs. Ayden Bailor, Lane Buccardo, and Brock Borland all had 23s, while Anthony Sabella and Caleb Hart each shot 21.
