WARREN, Pa. – Pennsylvania American Water will host a Community Resource and Assistance Fair from 9 – 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 17 at the Innovault Coworking Space.
“Our customers are at the center of everything we do,” PA American Water President Justin Ladner said in an event release. “We never forget that at the end of every water pipe there’s a family depending on us to provide this important and essential service.”
Representatives will be on hand to discuss bill payment assistance programs such as the H2O Help to Others Program, payment arrangements, budget billing. They will also discuss eligibility requirements, the application process, and tips to reduce water usage and lower water bills.
