WARREN, Pa. – Forest Warren Human Services will be holding a community forum at 6 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 21 at the Jefferson DeFrees Family Center.
The forum, facilitated by Health Management Associates, Inc. will include topics such as mental health, developmental disabilities, substance abuse, housing, transportation, and more. Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss resources in the community and give their input on the system of care.
Light refreshments will be provided.
