ERIE, Pa. – Alana Stuart struck out 16 and Halle Kuzminski drove in five runs in Warren’s 14-1, 6-inning win over Erie.
Stuart allowed just five hits in the win, while Kuzminski doubled and also scored a run.
Also for the Dragons, Lexi Hoffman was 2-for-5 with two doubles and an RBI, Carly Beers was 3-for-4 with two RBIs and three runs and Stuart was 2-for-3 with two RBIs and two runs.
Ashley Rose took the loss for Erie, allowing eight runs (six earned) in 4 ⅓ innings, allowing seven hits and seven walks while striking out four.
