ERIE, Pa. – Halle Kuzminski went 3-for-4, including a two-run home run to help lift Warren to an 11-3 win over McDowell.
The win makes the Lady Dragons 2-0 on the young season, as they let out some frustration after having several postponements due to inclement weather.
Warren had 14 hits and had a seven-run fifth inning on its way to the win.
Kuzminski drove in four runs, while Ellee Irwin and Carly Beers had two hits and two RBIs each, Alana Stuart had three hits, and Lexi Hoffman two RBIs.
Stuart was strong in the circle, allowing three runs (two earned) on five hits, striking out six, and walking just one.
Gabby DeLuca took the loss, allowing eight runs on seven hits in four innings, striking out three and walking three.
