Hoffman’s Blast Not Enough as Dragons Fall at Meadville

MEADVILLE, Pa. – Rocco Tartaglione went 2-for-2 with a triple and three RBIs to power Meadville to a 9-3 win over Warren.

The Bulldogs struck for three runs in the second inning and five in the fourth en route to the win.

Meadville had six different players record one RBI apiece in the win.

Mason Walker got the win, allowing one run in four innings on seven hits, striking out two, and not walking a batter.

Archie Teconchuck took the loss for Warren, allowing four runs in 1 ⅓ innings on three hits, striking out two and walking four.

Konnor Hoffman belted a solo home run for Warren and finished with three hits.
