KANE, Pa. – Eisenhower scored seven runs in the third inning and eight in the sixth in a 17-7, 6-inning win over Eisenhower.
Eisenhower collected 12 hits, taking advantage of seven Kane errors.
Emilie Jones was 2-for-5 with a triple, two RBIs, and two runs for Eisenhower, while Payton Frank was 1-for-4 with a double, RBI, and two runs, Kailee Morrison was 2-for-4 with a double, two RBIs, and two runs, Julia Gesing was 2-for-4 with an RBI and three runs and Tracey Jakubczak was 3-for-5 with two runs.
Jones got the win, allowing seven runs (six earned) on 11 hits, striking out five and walking two.
Leah Tigani was 3-for-4 with a home run, double, and three RBIs for Kane, while Hailee Sheaffer was 2-for-3 with a triple and three RBIs and Kate Parana was 2-for-4 with a run.
Tigani took the loss, allowing 17 runs (nine earned) in six innings on 12 hits, striking out four and walking seven.
