LAKEWOOD, NY – Warren’s boys’ tennis team opened its 2024 season with a 5-0 win over Harbor Creek.
Abe Wolf won a 6-1, 6-3 decision over Owen Drabic at first singles.
At second singles, Warren’s Adam Strandburg defeated Harbor Creek’s Lexa Maloney, 6-1, 6-1. Carson Moore earned a 6-0, 7-5 win over Gavin Wieczorek in third singles.
In first doubles, the Dragons’ duo of Jack Lynds and Lucas Thrift topped Jack Drahusak and Abbigail Michali, 6-2, 6-1. At second doubles it was Tobiah Reinard and Brody Alexander over Chloe Knepper and Lauren Wilke, 6-0, 6-0.
Warren (1-0) is scheduled to travel to Oil City on Wednesday.
