Brian Salapek presents a check for $1,900 to CORE founder Kari Swanson. The donation came as a result of registration fees and donations made during the Jessica Salapek Memorial 5k. CORE (Choosing Openness Regarding Experiences) provides mental health and suicide prevention education in Warren County. A CORE fundraising event will be held at Bent Run Brewing Co. on July 11 from 2 – 5 p.m. with music provided by Smilo and the Ghost. Photo submitted.
