WARREN, Pa. – The City of Warren Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man in relation to an incident that occurred Saturday afternoon.
Warren PD is attempting to identify the pictured male in relation to a criminal mischief incident that took place on July 23 at approximately 1 p.m. in the Tops Plaza.
