WARREN, Pa. – The City of Warren Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the owners/occupants of a vehicle in relation to illegal dumping.
City police posted the above photo and are asking anyone with information about either the vehicle or its occupants to contact Sgt. Bees at 814-723-2700.
