CAMBRIDGE SPRINGS, Pa. – A 9-run second inning lifted Cambridge Springs to a 14-0, 4-inning win over Youngsville on Tuesday.
The Blue Devils needed just two extra-base hits to score their 14 runs. They used six hits to score nine runs in the second inning.
Emily Boylan had three hits, including a double, while Jaydan Simmons and Morgan Dunton each had a pair of hits.
Hailee Rodgers allowed just one hit over her four innings. She didn’t walk a batter and struck out eight.
Madison Carnahan had the lone hit for the Eagles.
