JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – Bring your imagination to life at Audubon during their Dragons and Fairies Festival on Saturday, June 11 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Enjoy a series of guided and self-guided activities all about the magical creatures who call nature their home. The popular Dragon Egg Hunt, kids’ archery station, and Craft Cove return, joined by a new Challenge Treasure Hunt, Fantasy Obstacle Course, and Fairy Friends Scavenger Hunt.
Food, vendors, and photo opportunities may be available, and details will be on the website www.auduboncnc.org/dragonfairyfest. As COVID limitations change, ACNC will modify the event accordingly. Please check the website for updates.
The fee is $8 for adults, $6 for Nature Center members and children ages 3 to 15, and free for 2 and under. Parking is free.
Reservations are appreciated through Upcoming Programs at AudubonCNC.org. Walk-ins are welcome.
Audubon Community Nature Center is located at 1600 Riverside Road, one-quarter mile east of Route 62 between Jamestown and Warren. Visit the 600-acre nature preserve and see Liberty, the non-releasable Bald Eagle, from dawn until dusk daily for free. View the native tree arboretum, gardens, picnic area, natural play space and hike the six miles of trails.
