Wilcox set to Take Over as new Youngsville Borough Manager

Youngsville officially has a new borough manager.

Wendy Wilcox will assume the role previously held by Lisa Hagberg, who served in the post for 10 years before leaving to become Warren County’s Director of Finance and Administration.

“I would like to welcome Wendy to our team,” said Youngsville Mayor Scott Nelson. “She’s going to be a great fit. A lot of leadership and grant writing skills that will allow us to continue to move forward to make Youngsvile a great place to live.
