Warren Track and Field Teams Earn Sweep Over Corry

WARREN, Pa. – Warren’s track and field teams hit War Memorial for a battle with Corry on Tuesday, with the boys winning by a score of 82-59 and the girls 78-63.

Both teams had a number of athletes turn in district-qualifying performances.

“Our girls and boys teams both came away with wins – it Was a close meet for both squads, but our teams really showed up and competed today,” said Warren coach Kevin Dustin. “We have a lot of kids wanting to step up to score points for the team. For the boys Ben White, Ricky Madril, Graham Carr, Corbin Reinard, Sam Lindell, and Hugh Harrison all qualified for Districts in an individual or relay event. Our girls – Laney Gatto, Katie Beyer, Shyann Rulander, Lindsey Madigan, Alexia Bowers, and Sophie Walker all qualified in individual or relay events.”
