Warren Girls Roll Past Bradford for 15th Victory

WARREN, Pa. – Riley Childress and Emma Ruhlman scored 23 points each as Warren earned a 65-19 interdistrict win over Bradford on Saturday.

Childress drained five triples, while Ruhlman scored 14 of her 23 in the first half.

Warren allowed just six points in the second half.

Kalie Dixon led Bradford with 12 points.

The Lady Dragons, who also got six points from Sammie Ruhlman, five from Gracie Ruhlman, and four each from Alana Stuart and Lindsay Madigan, improved to 15-3 with the win.

VENANGO CATHOLIC 51, EISENHOWER 15

OIL CITY, Pa. – Mariah Wessell and Lily Homan each scored 20 points to lift Venango Catholic to a 51-15 win over visiting Eisenhower.

For Wessell, who also added five steals, it was a career-high point total a game after she had matched her previous high with 14 points in a win over Commodore Perry.

Homan added seven rebounds and four steals for the Lady Vikings, who also got seven points and five rebounds from Morgan Wessell.

Bella Marino led Eisenhower with nine points, all in the second half. Marino also had five rebounds and three blocks.
