WARREN, Pa. – There were 58 entries in the fourth Warren County Conservation District Photo Contest, which recently announced its winners.
Several members from the Warren Camera Club judged the entries on Oct 4. A total of 51 votes were received for the People’s Choice contest which was held from Sept. 19 to Oct. 2.
The first-place winners, Best of Show and People’s Choice prizes were donated by Allegheny Outfitters.
Winners were:
