State Police Seeking Information on Burglary, Criminal Mischief

WARREN, Pa. – State police are seeking information on an attempted burglary, and a separate criminal mischief complaint from September.

According to Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police, troopers responded to a possible burglary at a home on Garland Road in Pittsfield on Sept. 10. The victim reported the incident occurred sometime between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. that day.

Upon arrival, police found evidence of an attempt to gain access to the residence through a window in the rear of the house.

On Sept. 16, state police responded to a criminal mischief complaint on State Lot Road in Spring Creek.

According to Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police, at an unknown date and time, an unidentified person caused damage to the door and windows of a tree stand on the property. Estimated total value of the items damaged was $450.

State police are asking anyone with information about either event to call the Warren barracks at 814-728-3600.
