MCKEESPORT, Pa. – The Youngsville Marching Eagles are the Tournament of Bands 2023 Pennsylvania State Champions.
With light rain starting as they took the field, the Marching Eagles excelled Saturday at the PA State Championship in McKeesport, earning the highest score of the night, bringing home a first place trophy along with awards for high percussion, high auxiliary, high visual, and high music.
