Sentencing Date set for Former WCSD Teacher in Sexual Assault Case

WARREN, Pa. – A sentencing date has been set for a Warren County School District teacher who plead guilty to charges of indecent assault and corruption of minors.

Rachel E. Lasecki, 27, of Warren, entered guilty pleas on May 16 to the misdemeanor charges, with sentencing to be held on Aug. 25.

The felony charges of intercourse/sexual contact with a student, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, and unlawful contact with a minor were not prosecuted as part of the plea deal.

The case had been slated to go to trial on May 31.
