Release — EmergyCare to Expand EMT Academy to Warren County

December 22, 2021

WARREN, Pa. – EmergyCare has been serving the Warren area since August of 1995. Currently, there is a staffing crisis in Emergency Medical Services across the United States and Warren County is no exception.

Hoping to engage local members of the Warren community as new recruits into the industry, EmergyCare is expanding its EMT Academy to include a site at EmergyCare’s Warren Station. The Academy will begin mid-February and run for 10 weeks.

The goal of this program is to recruit individuals from the Warren area to enroll and make them job ready upon completion of the program. The program is unique in that it will offer part-time employment at EmergyCare with health care benefits and the EMT training simultaneously.

Candidates who wish to be considered for EmergyCare’s Warren EMT Academy should apply via the EmergyCare website by Jan. 10, 2022.
