YOUNGSVILLE, Pa. – League play resumed at Valley Bowling Center following the end of Gov. Wolf’s restriction on indoor entertainment venues Jan. 4.
Mark Stewart and Gary Troyer battled for the high series in Rusted Nutz Garage play. Though Troyer came away with the better high game, 259-232, it was Stewart who had the better series. He topped Troyer by a single pin, 636-635.
Ginny Barrett broke 500 in Wednesday Ladies Church League play with a 173 high game powering her to a 501 series.
In Brokenstraw Couples action, Austin Fitzgerald rolled a 266 high game on his way to a 636 series.
