Jean M. Neel, 60, of Youngsville, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021, at Warren General Hospital.
Jean was born Jan. 12, 1961, in Lancaster, Pa. She was employed at Blair for over 40 years. Jean enjoyed gardening, going to the legion and loved her dogs and horses.
She is survived by her children Ashley Anthony and her fiance Zachary Wilcox of Warren, and Donna (Joshua) Augenstine; a brother, Larry Neel of Bradford; her grandchildren,: Trentin Anthony, Kamaya Anthony, Riley Wilcox, Sullen Irwin and Thor Augenstine; and her dog, Sky.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Esther Whitling.
Friends will gather at the Youngsville American Legion on Saturday, Oct. 1, from 2-4 p.m.
