SHARON, Pa. – District 10 set its football playoff brackets Sunday, and the Eisenhower Knights now know exactly who they will be playing and when.
The Region 5 champion and unbeaten Knights (6-0) will host West Middlesex (4-2) on Friday, Oct. 30 in the Class 1A semifinals. Reynolds (6-0) will host Cambridge Springs (5-1) in the other semifinal, also on Oct. 30.
The Class 4A and 2A semifinals will be next next week. In Class 4A, Oil City (6-0) will host Conneaut (3-2) and Harbor Creek (6-0) will host Meadville (5-1), both on Friday.
In Class 2A, Wilmington (6-0) will get a bye to the finals, where they will meet the winner of Northwestern (6-0) and Farrell (4-2). That game is slated for Friday at Northwestern.
Both 3A semifinals will be on Friday, Oct. 30. Hickory (6-0) will host Slippery Rock (2-4), while Fort LeBoeuf (6-0) will host Grove City (3-0).
The Class 6A championship game will have McDowell hosting Erie on Friday, Nov. 6.
In Class 5A, Cathedral Prep will be playing in a sub-regional against the District 6 champion on Nov. 6.
