SHARON, Pa. – The Eisenhower Knights will see a very familiar foe to begin the 2023 District 10 Class 1A football playoffs.
For the fifth season in a row, Eisenhower will face Reynolds in the postseason, as the Knights, the No. 3 seed, will take on the Raiders, the No. 6 seed, in the first round on Saturday, Nov. 4 at Warren’s War Memorial Field at 7 p.m.
The two teams met for the District 10 title a year ago, a game won 28-14 by Reynolds.
The winner will face the No. 2 seed Cambridge Springs Blue Devils or the No. 7 seed Maplewood Tigers in the semifinals, while winner of the other quarterfinal between No. 4 Cochranton and No. 5 Mercer will draw No. 1 Lakeview in the semifinals.
The Knights (7-3) enter the playoffs on a 4-game winning streak.
