WARREN, Pa. – Warren had a balanced offensive output on its way to a 3-0 (25-12, 25-21, 25-19) win over McDowell.

Four players had at least five kills for the Dragons, including Madelyn Nosel who had five kills and three digs on her way to Allegheny Grille of Foxburg Player of the Match honors.

“When we communicate we do so much better,” Nosel said during her Cole Orthodontic Associates postgame interview. “We call out what ball you got, say if it’s a tip or a roll.”

Kylie Fehlman led the attack with 10 kills and two blocks. Alexia Bowers had nine kills and 12 digs, Maddy Jones had six kills, eight digs, and served seven aces.

Summer Lucks had 19 digs and two aces, and Lindsay Madigan ran the offense with 28 set assists to go along with four kills.

Ana Fetzner led the Trojans with eight kills and seven digs. Chase Rech had 13 digs, Tayler Rech had seven digs, and Ari Bico had six digs.

Halle Guentner had eight digs and ran the offense with 15 set assists.
