Dragons Roll Past Corry For Third Win

CORRY, Pa. – Warren scored 24 points in the first quarter as they rolled past Corry, 52-21 for their third win of the season.

James Swanson scored on a pair of first quarter touchdown runs of 60 and 14 yards, followed by a 32-yard touchdown pass from Landon Douvlos to Donovan Fiscus. All three 2-point conversion attempts in the first quarter were successful for the Dragons (3-3).

Fiscus and Douvlos hooked up again in the second quarter on a 16-yard scoring strike, and Micah Passmore capped the first-half scoring for the Dragons with a 2-yard touchdown run.

Tommy Nyquist had a rushing touchdown in the second half for the Dragons, and Douvlos threw his third and final touchdown pass of the game in the fourth quarter, a 35-yarder to Alex Borger.

Doulvos completed 6-of-8 passes for 205 yards, while Swanson had 187 yards rushing. Nyquist finished with 81 yards on the ground and Passmore 71.

Easton Hultberg had two sacks defensively for the Dragons.

Landon Weis rushed for 123 yards and a touchdown for the Beavers (2-5). Weis also caught a 58-yard touchdown pass from Nathan Lesher.
