Country Residents Given Reminder on Unpaid Property Taxes

June 22, 2022

WARREN, Pa. – Tax Claim Bureau Director Phil Gilbert issues a reminder to those who owe money on their property taxes during Monday’s Warren County Commissioners work session.

“The last day to pay would be June 30 to avoid having their name be printed,” Gilbert said.

That ad will list all properties that are two years in arreras.

Gilbert added that payments will still be accepted into September. The last day to pay is Sept. 23. After that, sale will take place on Sept. 26.

During the work session, Gilbert also indicated that he may be promoted in the Pennsylvania Tax Claim Bureau Association.

“The director is from Franklin County and she is resigning,” Gilbert said. “I’m the Vice President, so I may be taking over that role.”
