WARREN, Pa. – The City of Warren announced Wednesday that Betts Park and the City Municipal Building would be closed to the public on May 13 in order for City employees to complete safety training programs.
The Park will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the Municipal Building will be closed all day.
“During this time, City employees from all departments will participate in various safety update training programs throughout the park,” the City said. “This training assures that safety remains at the forefront and also qualifies the City for a reduction in its worker’s compensation insurance premium.”
