• Mitchell Bryant, 22, Warren was charged with Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse (Person Less than 16 Years Age), Statutory Sexual Assault: 4-8 Years Older, Sexual Assault, Aggravated Indecent Assault without Consent, Aggravated Indecent Assault – Complainant Less than 16, Indecent Assault without Consent of Other and Indecent Assault Person Less than 16 Years age following an investigation from an incident that occurred in 2021. He was arraigned before DJ Bauer and remanded to the WCP on $30,000 Bail.
• Billy Joe Hoffman, 45, Bradford, was cited for Retail Theft following an investigation from 03/17/2023 after officers responded to a report of items totaling $3.49 were removed from a local convenience store without being paid for.
• Cody Shrefler, 29, Clarendon was for DUI – .10% but less than .16%, DUI: General Impairment, Careless Driving, and Defiant Trespass following a Traffic Stop at a closed local park on 03/25/2023.
• Steven Stewart, 36, Warren was charged with Endangering the Welfare of Children, Simple Assault, and Harassment on 02/26/2023 following an investigation into a past tense Domestic Dispute.
• James Highhouse, 55, Warren was charged with DUI: General Impairment, 3rd Offense, DUI: Highest Rate, 3rd Offense, Disregard Traffic Lane, Failure to Stop at Red Signal, Duties at Stop Sign, and Careless Driving following a Traffic Stop on 03/28/2023.
