YOUNGSVILLE, Pa. – Youngsville’s Old Fashioned Christmas returns on Saturday, and it will have more of a normal feel to it.
Last year’s event was relegated to a ‘drive-thru’ because of the pandemic, but in 2021, the parade is back, along with Santa.
The parade will begin at 4 p.m. at which time the town Christmas tree will also be lit up.
Food and craft vendors will be set up after the parade and there will be activities for kids and adults alike in town from 4-6 p.m.
There will still be a ‘driving’ portion of the event, as spectators are welcomed to take a drive around Youngsville to take a look at the lights, which include the light decorating competition and ‘drive-thru’ light presentation from the Rouse from 6-8 p.m.
Luminaries will be available for purchase at the Youngsville Borough office for the remainder of the week as well.
