Woman Killed in ATV Accident on Youngsville Road

TIDIOUTE, Pa. – An Ohio woman was killed in an ATV accident on Youngsville Road in Triumph Township late on Saturday, April 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

According to a release from PSP-Warren, at approximately 11:45 p.m. on Saturday Tyler Pravlik, 29 of Sandusky, Ohio, was operating a 2012 Kawasaki Brute Force and traveling east on Youngsville Road when he lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle slid on the roadway and turned 90 degrees, police said, before overturning multiple times.

Police said Pravlik and his passenger, Brenna Pravlik, 29 of Sandusky, Ohio, were ejected from the vehicle. Tyler Pravlik was flown to UPMC Hamot with suspected major injuries. Brenna Pravlik was pronounced dead at the scene by the Warren County Coroner’s Office, according to police. Police said neither were wearing helmets.

PSP-Warren was assisted by Tidioute VFD and EMS, Tidioute Fire Police, EmergyCare, Stat MedEvac, Warren County Deputy Coroner Tony Chimenti, Hillview Towing, PSP Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Specialist Unit, PSP Forensic Services Unit, and PSP-Erie.

Police said the investigation is ongoing.
