Warren County School District Superintendent Amy Stewart confirmed three positive COVID-19 cases in the western portion of the school district (at Youngsville schools).
Those who tested positive have isolated and are in quarantine.
“We’ve been quarantining like crazy,” Stewart said.
Stewart also said that quarantining has been going on regularly within the district, which includes those who have been in close contact with the positive cases.
The confirmation comes on the same day where the Department of Health announced five new confirmed positive cases within the county, a single-day high.
