WARREN, Pa. – The Warren County Drug Task Force seized 1 3/4 pounds of cocaine from a Warren residence after executing a search warrant on Friday, Oct. 6, 2023.
According to a release from Warren County Assistant District Attorney Cody Brown, a search warrant was executed at 6 Dahl Street in Warren following an 8-month “investigation into the sale of cocaine,” resulting in the drug seizure and arrest of Gregory Bery, 34 of Warren.
“The search warrant led to the seizure of approximately one and three-quarter pounds of cocaine with a street value of over $65,000,” Brown said in the release.
Bery was taken into custody and charged with one felony count of Possession with Intent to Deliver, and four misdemeanor counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, according to online court records.
Bery was remanded to the Warren County Jail after failing to post bond on $25,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 11 at 11 a.m.
