October 22, 2020

TITUSVILLE, Pa. – The Warren boys soccer team wrapped up an undefeated regular season with a 6-0 win at Titusville Thursday.

The Dragons (14-0) defense put on another stellar performance as they did not allow a shot on goal in the match. The strong defensive play has been a season-long trend, as Warren allowed just four goals on the year.

Parks Ordiway led the offensive attack with four goals. JT Blum had two goals and two assists. Ian Darling had three assists and Zane Anderson added a helper as well.

Wesley Kiehl, John Page, Jack Darling and Ian Darling led the team in tackles and steals, while Alex Ferry picked up the shutout in net.

The Region 4 champions next head to the District 10 Class 3A playoffs.

Warren won the junior varsity match, 2-0.

Hector Cruz got the Dragons on the board in the first half off an assist from Mark Lynds. Maddox Reed scored with four seconds left in the match for the final tally.
