SHEFFIELD, Pa. – Verizon said it is working to resolve an issue with its tower in Sheffield that is causing disrupted service for customers in the area.
A Verizon representative said it is a known issue and that engineers are working to correct it.
As of Tuesday morning, Sheffield Verizon customers were still reporting interrupted service.
The Warren Pediatrics office in Sheffield also reported a disruption in service with their phones, apologizing for any inconvenience. They said for those in Sheffield, they can call the Warren office at 814-723-8023 and they can schedule appointments for the Sheffield office and still answer questions.
